The IYF Global Roster enables us to retain qualified volunteers and consider them for future opportunities across the organisation. By joining the roster, your profile may be reviewed when relevant roles arise, supporting a fair, transparent, and efficient recruitment process across IYF’s Central and Regional units.

The roster applies globally to a range of volunteer roles, including short-term, project-based, internship, and senior leadership positions. Inclusion in the roster does not guarantee an appointment and is valid for 12 months. All roster processes are managed in line with IYF’s principles of fair competition, objective assessment, diversity, and non-discrimination.
